SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery information

      

The BioEcoSan aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched same day, however during busy periods this is not always possible so please allow 1-2 days for dispatch when placing your order. We send all our orders via a signed for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery. 

Delivery times & charges:

UK Mainland           3 – 5 working days   £5.95

Northern Ireland    3 – 5 working days   £5.95

Europe & Ireland    3 – 10 working days £15.95

Rest of the World  5 – 10 working days  £28.95

The courier companies we use may change from time to time to ensure we are providing you with the best service.​

Change of delivery address

       

      We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed. If you need to change your delivery address after purchase then you will need to contact the courier company. For further advise on this please contact BioEcoSan via email

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

       If a product is faulty in any way, then we will redo it. Please send an email to our office quoting your order number within 14 days of receiving your product, and we will act fast. We will explain the process which starts with providing a photo of the fault, along with a clear description of the problem, emailed to our customer care team.

      In most cases, remedy action is taken as soon we are clear on the issue via email, usually within in a few hours. If the fault cannot be verified over email, the item may be required to be returned to us for inspection. Please do not send a product back to BioEcoSan without contacting a member of our team first, as we may be able to save you the trouble.

      We are determined that you should be a happy customer, and we put in huge efforts to produce the best product we can. If it has not happened or if you are unsatisfied, please raise your concern so we can fix it and improve.

    Sadly we cannot accept the return of non-faulty goods because the bespoke product has been produced and customised specifically to order, therefore impossible to reuse. As per EU law, the goods cannot be returned because they were made according to your specifications or were personalised by you. We may, at our discretion, look into other solutions.

    The buyer pays for return postage.
